Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an RN - Shift Lead I at St James Hospital in Butte, MT for part-time day shift. The role provides leadership and clinical expertise on the shift, coordinating resources to match census and acuity while supporting staff and upholding standards.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Montana RN license, and BLS certification, with strong teamwork and resource management skills. Regular attendance on site and flexibility for on-call or float duties are required.
