Job description
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical care and supervise home-health staff across Concord, Lexington and Woburn.
You will develop individualized patient care plans, perform in-home assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, and ensure quality care delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance in a supportive, patient-focused team.
