Lead RN – Medical Group
Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours/week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:30PM
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
A Brief Overview: Supervise the daily clinical operations of the practice in conjunction with and under the direction of the Practice Manager and Administrative Director
What you will do:
Onboarding of all new MA's including classroom instruction and clinical oversight in the individual's practice setting
Work collaboratively with Learning and Development, Infection Control, Pharmacy and Lab to create, review and revise program content for both MA orientation and any ongoing training
Assist in instruction and oversight of clinical competencies for MA's
Train individual MA's to be validators in their respective practices
Manage the ongoing implementation of the Cornerstone Program
Maintain licensing and certification records for staff
Responsible for ongoing oversight and maintenance of CPR training and recertification for MG clinical staff
Work with Practice Managers and Clinical Staff when requested to develop new competencies for either the MG as a whole or for specific specialty procedures
Support the Regulatory Compliance Team in oversight of practices to assure compliance with TJC and other regulatory standards
Traveling between sites is required
What you will need:
Education: Bachelors Degree Required
License: Current professional Nursing License in the State of IL required
Certification: BLS-CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required
Experience: Prior office or hospital nursing experience is required
