We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Lead Sales Assistant that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!
nPOSITION:
nThe Lead Sales Assistant will oversee all studio sales functionality
nRESPONSIBILITIES:
nLead generation including Grass Roots marketing and networking
nExecute community outreach initiatives to generate new client leads and increase studio foot traffic
nMembership and retail sales
nSupervise Sales Representatives
nEnforce studio policies and procedures
nProvide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
nBecome proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
nContact prospects/leads and enroll them in a membership
nDrive and retain retail and membership sales
nParticipate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible
nREQUIREMENTS:
n2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
nConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
nAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
nMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
nAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
nA passion for fitness
nCOMPENSATION & PERKS:
nHourly base rate plus commission
