Tillys is hiring a Lead Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support store management in coaching Sales Associates and handling daily operations. You’ll lead by example, train new team members, and help create a welcoming, sales-driven environment.
Previous leadership experience in retail is a plus. This part-time role in Austin requires strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for the Tillys lifestyle, with opportunities to grow within the store team.
