Job description
KidStrong, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a part-time Lead Sales Representative to drive trial enrollment, member growth, and outstanding family experiences at the center.
The role splits time between coaching (10-15 hrs) and sales/lobby (15-20 hrs), acting as on-duty manager when needed. You will manage leads, book trials, convert trials to memberships, and support retention while delivering world-class service.
