Job description
FBMC Benefits Management, Inc., a Leavitt Group affiliate, seeks an Integration Engineer, Team Lead to own Salesforce integrations and guide a growing team. You will shape data flows, drive platform improvements, and deliver scalable solutions from concept to launch.
You will lead projects, collaborate with business and tech teams, and mentor engineers to build technical ownership while advancing security, governance, and performance across systems.
