Job description
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead short- and long-term nutrition research strategies for Hill's Pet Nutrition to deliver breakthrough dietary solutions for pets. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives from concept to commercialization and drive a pipeline of innovation in collaboration with Marketing, Clinical Studies, and Product Development.
The role requires a PhD and 4+ years of post-PhD research experience with strong data analysis and biochemical expertise.
