Job description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Scientist, R&D – Orthopedics & Spine, Growth factors, with 8+ years of advanced R&D leadership. The role focuses on biologics and regenerative solutions, including Novosis putty for spine indications, in collaboration with CG BIO, across West Chester PA or Raynham MA.
You will drive technical initiatives, educate surgeons, develop evidence, and support regulatory submissions with internal DePuy Synthes teams globally.
