Reads, comprehends, writes, and understands legal reports, narratives, and safety rules, and communicates effectively through clear speech and hearing.Utilizes computer literacy to use basic hospital/security applications and information management systems.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and other security systems Continuum, Milestone, CCure, etc (Preferred)Education:High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Technical/Vocational School (Required)Work Experience:1+ experience (Required)2+ healthcare security experience (Preferred)Licenses and Certifications:International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) (Required)Driver's License (DL) (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Preferred)Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - Range:$19.41 - $36.10Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.Applicants may review general information about Florida's background screening requirements at the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse: facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
