Vancouver Pointe is seeking a dependable, motivated Lead Server to provide exceptional service to our residents and to support the Culinary Director and dining services team.
The Lead Server leads by example, enforces policies, maintains accountability, and ensures each shift operates efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include training servers, managing schedules, and covering call-outs while mentoring staff for a positive work environment.
