Alila Napa Valley seeks a Lead Server to support Violetto and Salvia Terrace, delivering personalized, Forbes Five-Star service. You will lead by example, maintain your section, and mentor team members while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, strong knowledge of menus and wines, and a proactive approach to training and collaboration. This role requires mornings/evenings/weekends availability in Napa Valley.
