Job description
Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Lead Server to enrich residents' lives by delivering exceptional dining service and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The role supports dining room operations, trains new servers, and ensures a high-quality experience for residents and guests in our senior living communities.
The Lead Server will uphold safety and sanitation standards, assist with event dining, and contribute to a positive, service-oriented culture across shifts.
