As a Lead Dining Server, you support daily dining operations while modeling hospitality, service excellence, and dining room standards for residents and guests. What You'll Do: - Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards - Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations - Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders - Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness - Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists - Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines - Support special events and Bistro operations - Maintain confidentiality of resident information You help create a welcoming dining experience that reflects professionalism, warmth, and consistency. Pay Range:
18.92 - 23.65
