Lead Dining Server – Inspire Service Excellence in Senior Living

As a Lead Dining Server, you support daily dining operations while modeling hospitality, service excellence, and dining room standards for residents and guests.
You help create a welcoming dining experience that reflects professionalism, warmth, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
Ensure proper dining room set‑up, reset, and cleanliness
Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
Support special events and Bistro operations
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Pay Range: $18.92 - $23.65
