Job description
SquareTrade, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Protection Plans, is seeking a Senior Manager for Service Strategy & Operations Analytics.
This remote role will own the North America analytics vision, operating model, and governance to drive data-informed decisions across Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Finance. You will build scalable analytics capabilities, strengthen KPI architecture, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes and executive recommendations.
