Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer within the Public Cloud team to blend hands-on engineering with program leadership, promoting platform stability and improving availability.
You will partner with Engineering and Product to translate incidents and error budgets into prioritized work, drive automation, and apply AI/LLM approaches to reliability while maintaining velocity.
