Job description
YMCA Camp Cosby in Alpine, AL seeks a Senior Program Director to lead the sleepaway camp experience for 2000+ campers each summer. You’ll set program direction, grow enrollment, develop staff, and ensure every camper leaves with a safe, memorable and transformative experience. You’ll own the budget, lead marketing with the Association team, and uphold ACA standards.
Onsite housing is provided. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in recreation or related field and 3–5 years of sleepaway camp
