Job description
We're partnering with a high-growth Boston startup looking for a Lead Software Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling their core platform. You'll provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and work closely with founders to shape the product and engineering roadmap.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions
Mentor and support a growing team of engineers
Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership teams
Ship high-quality products in a fast-paced startup environment
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of software engineering experience
Previous experience leading projects or engineering teams
Strong background with modern web technologies and cloud platforms
Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and distributed systems
Experience building scalable products from concept through growth stages
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Startup experience preferred
Requirements
Applicants must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Package
$180,000 to $250,000 base salary
