Job description
M&T Bank Corporation in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the Tech 360 platform, shaping scalable, data-driven reporting across the enterprise.
You will lead design and delivery of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and CI/CD, mentoring engineers in a SAFe/Agile environment.
Hybrid work with four days onsite at Seneca One and one day remote per week, contributing to security, performance, and reliability across critical financial systems.
