Responsibilities

Lead small development teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to help teammates develop their skills and careers

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software problems for clients, ensuring high-quality standards

Manage end-to-end project execution, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop custom solutions based on business needs and technical specifications

Explore and implement emerging technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI, IoT, and machine learning

Develop applications using various programming languages including Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and SQL

Build modern web applications utilizing frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, and Redux, and develop mobile solutions for iOS and Android

Integrate AI tools strategically to enhance client solutions, improve efficiency, and provide insights while managing ethical considerations

Present technical findings, demos, and solutions to stakeholders and senior executives

Participate actively in a hybrid work environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Engage in community service, team events, and social gatherings to promote a collaborative workplace culture

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in software development

Proven experience in technical leadership, including coaching team members, estimating tasks, and project planning

Client-facing or consulting background highly preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative technical solutions

Adaptability to various responsibilities and environments, balancing multiple priorities effectively

Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $60.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between office and remote work.
