Job description
Labcorp is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Durham or Burlington, NC team. You will provide hands-on leadership on complex, multi-team initiatives, own end-to-end delivery for high-volume transaction systems, and drive architecture for distributed, event-driven microservices.
This role requires strong Java development, Spring, RESTful services, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), and a track record mentoring engineers within Agile teams.
