Job description
Lever, Inc. seeks a Lead Software Engineer (Editor) in Germany to drive the Editor 2.0 and AI-powered capabilities while continuing to contribute code. You will own the editor’s technical direction, delivery, and production health, mentoring engineers and shaping the roadmap with Product.
You’ll align with Product, define AI-native features, and promote best practices in reliability, testing, and collaboration in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
