Job description
STR is looking for a Lead Software Engineer in Woburn, Massachusetts to develop cutting-edge estimation theory and resource management software. You will drive the implementation of flexible software solutions and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to provide impactful innovations. The ideal candidate has an MS with at least 8 years of experience or a PhD with at least 5 years of experience in fields like applied mathematics or computer science, alongside proficiency in C++, Python, Java, and a current Top Secret clearance. The salary range is between $174,000 and $220,000 per year.
