We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver software solutions that support financial information processing across cloud and on-premises environments. In this role, you’ll mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet quality, functional, and compliance standards. You’ll also leverage modern frameworks, test automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve development while helping lead Agile delivery.**Responsibilities:*** Design and implement software solutions that support financial information processing across cloud-based and on-premises environments.* Mentor and guide junior developers, providing oversight to ensure effective task execution and delivery.* Analyze business requirements and ensure software solutions meet defined functional and compliance needs.* Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to support seamless integration across system components.* Maintain software quality and ensure adherence to Broadridge development standards and guidelines.* Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks that enhance software development and test automation capabilities.* Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve design, coding, and testing activities.* Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience* 10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.* Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practical use cases for engineering acceleration.* Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.* Experience with AWS and containerized deployments using Docker.* Experience with EKS, ECS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices..* Experience with Kafka and MQ* Strong understanding of secure coding practices, relational databases, and DevOps.* Knowledge of SQL Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $150,000-$170,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
