Job description
Labcorp is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Durham NC or Burlington NC for a hybrid schedule (3 in-office, 2 remote) on a Monday–Friday 1st shift. You will lead multi-team initiatives, own end-to-end delivery of high-volume systems, and drive architecture for distributed, event-driven microservices.
The role requires 8+ years in software engineering, strong Java/Spring experience, and cloud expertise (Azure/AWS).
