Desired Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Education Major: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Work
Experience:
- 10 years related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Behavioral Competencies:

- Strong communications skills to build business understanding of technology application
Technical Competencies:
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using the .NET framework
- Design and development of web services and applications
- Experience using SQL Server effectively to support business applications
Day to Day
This position is responsible for leading the design & development, and ensuring the long-term viability of custom solutions, working primarily in the Luck Stone business unit. Solutions to include custom developed applications including web or mobile applications, web services, and middleware solutions such as data integration. Collaborates heavily with business unit generalists and business unit staff to understand business strategies and needs, and with technology staff and partners to align solutions with technical & information architectures. Also works closely with engineering staff and partners when solutions involve Operational Technologies such as scales, PLCs, etc.
