Software Engineering Mentorship Lead Engineer Full-Stack Development Cloud Computing
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our Human Performance group, focused on building cutting‑edge solutions for athletes and sports teams. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will define technical strategy, drive innovation, own complex projects, mentor engineers, and foster a supportive culture.

Must‑Haves
Product focus with a track record of delivering products at scale.
Technical expertise in full-stack engineering and cloud-based systems.
Coaching experience and willingness to collaborate.
Strong communication skills.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, React, MongoDB, and/or AWS.
Experience with IMU and GPS data processing.
