We encourage curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning, giving our teams the opportunity to solve complex challenges at scale.**What We Look For**We place great value on technical excellence and a drive for continuous learning.* Experienced Software Engineers 6+ years of experience with one of the following technologies – Java, Python, C++ or C#* Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.* Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.* Experience driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluating emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation.* Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure* Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems.* Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field or relevant experience* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues* Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones**Career Stage:**Manager**London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information:**Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
