Lead Software Engineer- Top Secret Clearance Required (T -PHI) Exton, Pennsylvania
Salary: USD80 - USD100 per hour
Position is fully on site
Duration: 3+ year contract
Key Responsibilities -
Full‑Lifecycle Development – Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and services that enable space‑asset protection.
Agile Collaboration – Participate in Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous‑improvement of team processes.
Open‑Architecture Integration – Build modular, reusable components that conform to open‑architecture standards and facilitate integration with existing and future mission systems.
Technical Leadership – Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive adoption of best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, performance profiling).
Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with domain experts to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
