This position will lead a team to diagnose, repair, and recommend supplemental energy solutions to a broad clientele. This position will provide field repair and installation services using the latest energy storage, solar energy, controls and other solutions to deliver reliability, efficiency, and profitability.Lead Solar Installer's service a broad range of home energy systems, included but not limited to solar PV systems, solar systems with backup battery, solar pool heaters, solar water heaters, and electric vehicle chargers.Solar Alternatives provides advanced training in new technologies and offers growth and certification opportunities. This is a great opportunity to turn your construction experience toward a new career in clean energy!Responsibilities include:Work efficiency of self and crew in repairs and modifications of existing energy systemsTroubleshooting and diagnosingUpselling additional servicesProviding a consistent customer experience that meets company expectationsAccountable for documentation and communication for all assigned workPreparation and execution of work safety in accordance with OSHA regulationsAccountable for maintaining company fleet stock and cleanlinessWarehouse organization and cleanliness as assigned by supervisorGeneral labor, including or not limited to carrying panels and ladders, panel cleaning, site cleanupParticipates in the On Call rotationAssess site general conditions per job safety analysisSends invoice and collects payment at point of service
