Job description
Wellstar seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services while guiding a collaborative, patient-focused team. In this role, you will perform and oversee high-quality imaging exams, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards. You will mentor sonographers, support ongoing education, and partner closely with radiologists and providers to deliver accurate, timely results.
