Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform a full range of sonographic exams, ensuring accurate, high-quality images and safe, compassionate care for diverse patient populations. You will coordinate daily workflow, support protocol adherence, and oversee quality assurance for imaging and equipment. As a clinical resource and mentor, you will train and support sonographers, collaborate closely with radiologists and providers, and help implement process and technology improvements across Wellstar’s integrated healthcare settings.
