Job description
Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality, patient-centered ultrasound services within our integrated care network. In this role, you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensure optimal image quality, and support accurate, timely results for providers. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor and train sonographers, and serve as a clinical resource for complex cases. The Lead Sonographer partners closely with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams while upholding safety, regulatory, and quality standards and supporting ongoing process improvement and education.
