Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our patient-centered care settings. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex exams, ensure image quality, and promote safety and comfort for diverse patient populations. You will supervise and mentor a team of sonographers, coordinate schedules, support training and competencies, and collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams. As part of a collaborative, mission-driven system, you’ll contribute to protocol development, quality improvement, and the adoption of innovative imaging practices that advance community health.
