Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership across our Georgia care settings. In this role, you will perform advanced ultrasound exams, verify patient histories, and ensure accurate, timely imaging to support diagnoses and treatment. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers, and promote best practices in image quality, safety, and patient experience. Working in a collaborative, patient-focused culture, you’ll partner with radiologists and clinical teams, contribute to quality initiatives, and access ongoing education and growth within a leading not-for-profit health system.
