Job description
WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and onsite leadership within our patient-centered care teams. In this role, you will perform complex exams, guide technologists, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Partnering with radiologists and multidisciplinary clinicians, you will support accurate diagnoses and optimal outcomes. You will help refine protocols, precept and coach staff, and support accreditation and quality initiatives while modeling WellStar’s values of compassion, integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
