Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia care settings. In this role, you will perform advanced ultrasound exams, supervise and mentor sonography staff, and ensure adherence to imaging protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patient education, and promote a compassionate, patient-centered experience while contributing to continuous quality improvement and staff development in a dynamic, mission-driven health system.
