Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and guide a high-performing team. In this on-site role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of exams, optimize image quality, and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care. You will mentor and schedule staff, support onboarding and education, and help drive workflow, safety, and quality initiatives across our hospitals and care settings within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
