Job description
As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging while guiding a team of sonographers in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will oversee daily workflow, ensure adherence to imaging protocols, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnoses and excellent outcomes. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, optimizing equipment performance, and championing compassionate, inclusive care that reflects Wellstar’s mission to improve community health across Georgia.
