Job description
Wellstar seeks a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will perform and oversee advanced exams, support complex cases, and ensure accurate imaging for timely diagnosis. This role coordinates daily workflow, mentors sonographers, and reinforces safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Working across Wellstar’s integrated health system, you’ll partner with radiologists and care teams, contribute to protocol and process improvements, and access ongoing education, career growth, and state-of-the-art imaging technology while serving diverse communities across Georgia.
