Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership within our patient-centered, not-for-profit health system. In this role, you will perform complex ultrasound exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses across diverse patient populations. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers, and reinforce safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll contribute to quality improvement, leverage advanced imaging technology, and help shape best practices that improve outcomes for communities across Georgia.
