Job description
Wellstar Health System is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and leadership across our patient-centered care settings in Georgia. In this role, you will perform and oversee high-quality imaging studies, ensuring accurate, timely exams that support compassionate, safe care. You will coordinate workflow, mentor and precept sonographers, and collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and providers. The Lead Sonographer supports equipment management, quality initiatives, accreditation standards, and continuous learning within a collaborative, inclusive team environment focused on advancing community health.
