Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services within our patient-centered, not-for-profit health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex imaging studies, ensuring high-quality, accurate results that support timely diagnosis and compassionate care. You will lead and mentor a team of sonographers, coordinate schedules, and promote best practices in imaging, safety, and patient experience. Working collaboratively with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to quality improvement, ongoing education, and innovation across diverse care settings.
