Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality ultrasound services within our integrated, patient-centered health system. The Lead Sonographer performs advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate imaging that supports timely clinical decisions. In this role, you will coordinate daily workflow, oversee exam quality, and act as a clinical resource and mentor for sonography staff. You will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, promote safety and regulatory compliance, support staff education, and help advance imaging protocols that improve outcomes for the communities we serve.
