Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership across our Georgia care settings. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex ultrasound exams, ensure image quality and patient safety, and collaborate closely with radiologists and providers for accurate diagnoses. You will mentor sonographers and students, support scheduling and workflow, and champion best practices, safety, and quality initiatives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with access to advanced technology and robust clinical resources.
