Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and clinical leadership across its patient-centered care settings. In this role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of ultrasound exams, ensuring consistent image quality, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate workflow, mentor sonographers, and collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to support optimal patient outcomes.
