Job description
As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. You will perform complex exams, supervise and mentor sonographers, coordinate daily workflow, and uphold safety and quality standards. Working closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing teams, you will ensure accurate imaging that supports timely clinical decisions. You’ll help drive process improvements, support staff education and competency, maintain equipment, and model Wellstar’s values of compassion, integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
