Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging across our hospitals and care centers. In this role, you will perform complex exams, oversee daily workflow, and serve as a clinical resource to technologists. You will ensure image quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while collaborating closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. As a key clinical leader, you will mentor staff, support education and process improvements, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
