Job description
Wellstar seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a collaborative imaging team across its Georgia care locations. In this role, you will perform and oversee a full range of ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate imaging, patient safety, and compassionate communication. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor technologists, and partner with radiologists and providers to support timely, high-quality diagnoses. The position also supports quality initiatives, protocol optimization, and staff education within Wellstar’s patient-centered, innovative care environment.
